Best. Smoothie. Ever.

Everyone in my life knows my attachment to this smoothie. I've genuinely had it every morning for years because it's like having ice cream for breakfast. It's the perfect way to start the day being a great source of protein with the added protein powder, carbs from the fruit, and fiber from the spinach, chia seeds, and blueberries. 

Ingredients 

Directions

  • 1 cup ice cubes

  • ½ banana frozen 

  • Large handful spinach 

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter 

  • ½ cup frozen blueberries 

  • 1-2 cups almond milk, as needed

  1. In a Nutribullet or blender, combine ingredients.

  2. Blend. Add more milk if not blending properly. 

  3. I enjoy having the smoothie be the consistency of almost a thick sorbet and eating it with a spoon. Therefore I use only as much milk as needed to blend. If you prefer a thin smoothie consistency to be eaten with a straw, add more milk accordingly. 

  4. Enjoy immediately.
