Grandma’s Chili 

Can't get better than Grandma's chili. Enough said. :)

Ingredients 

Directions

  • 1 lb ground turkey 

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes 

  • 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes 

  • Salt and pepper 

  • 2 Tbsp chili powder 

  • 1 Tbsp cumin 

  • ½ Tbsp ground coriander 

  • 1 beef bouillon cube 

  • 2 cans kidney beans 

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground turkey. 

  2. Add onions and garlic and cook until fragrant. 

  3. Add in tomatoes, spices, beef bouillon cube, and beans. Mix until fully combined. 

  4. Allow to simmer for 1-2 hours until thick.

  5. Spoon into 4 meal prep containers. Keep in the refrigerator for up to one week. When ready to eat, heat in the microwave for two minutes. 

  6. If desired, the recipe can be doubled and frozen for more later!
