Overnight oats are a great breakfast option as they are immediately ready to grab-and-go in the morning. This recipe is great for my fellow sweet breakfast lovers.

For one serving (quadruple for meal-prep portion):

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 Tbsp greek yogurt

  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter

  • ¼ fresh or frozen blueberries

  1. In a sealable container, combine dry ingredients (oats, protein, chia seeds, cinnamon).

  2. Add wet ingredients (milk, yogurt, maple syrup) and stir. Your mixture should have a wet consistency as the oats will absorb the liquid and solidify overnight.

  3. If preparing a meal-prep portion, separate now into four sealable containers.

  4. Top with peanut butter and fresh or frozen blueberries (or other berry of choice).

  5. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning. They can stay in the fridge for 4-5 days.
